Terms of service
Last updated: 4 September 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Eternal Canine website and your purchase or use of our consultations, personalised diet plans, digital resources and related services.
Eternal Canine is operated by Eternal Canine Nutrition. By accessing the website, making a payment or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to purchase our services.
If you purchase a service on behalf of another pet parent, you confirm that you have their permission and the authority to provide information relating to them and their dog.
2. Nature of Our Services
Eternal Canine provides canine nutrition education, consultations and personalised dietary guidance based on the information supplied by the pet parent.
Eternal Canine does not provide veterinary diagnosis, emergency care, medical treatment or prescriptions. Our services are not a replacement for examination, diagnosis or treatment by a qualified veterinarian.
If your dog is unwell, has a diagnosed medical condition, is receiving medication or requires urgent assistance, you must consult the treating veterinarian. In an emergency, contact a veterinary clinic immediately.
We may recommend that dietary changes be approved or monitored by your veterinarian, particularly where your dog has an existing health condition.
3. Booking and Payment
A booking is confirmed only after full payment and receipt of confirmation from Eternal Canine.
The inclusions, format, duration and support period for each service will be as described on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.
Prices may change without notice, but a price change will not affect an already confirmed and paid booking. Any applicable taxes or charges will be displayed at checkout.
4. Information You Must Provide
You agree to provide complete, accurate and current information about your dog, including relevant diet history, health conditions, medications, supplements, allergies, intolerances and veterinary findings.
Our guidance depends on the information supplied. Eternal Canine will not be responsible for consequences arising from information that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or withheld.
We may pause or decline to provide recommendations until adequate information or veterinary clarification is received.
5. Following the Plan
You are responsible for:
- Obtaining veterinary advice where appropriate;
- Purchasing, preparing, storing and serving food safely;
- Checking ingredient labels and product suitability;
- Introducing dietary changes gradually where advised;
- Monitoring your dog’s weight, appetite, digestion, behaviour and general condition;
- Discontinuing any item that appears to cause an adverse response; and
- Seeking veterinary attention when symptoms develop or worsen.
Do not stop or alter prescribed medication without consulting your veterinarian.
6. Results and Individual Responses
Every dog is different. Results depend on factors including health status, age, genetics, environment, compliance and veterinary care.
Eternal Canine does not guarantee that a particular diet, ingredient, supplement or consultation will prevent, cure or resolve any disease, symptom or behavioural concern.
Recommendations reflect the information available at the time of consultation and may need to be revised if your dog’s health, medication, weight, activity or circumstances change.
7. Third-Party Products and Services
We may refer to food ingredients, supplements, laboratories, veterinarians or third-party products for informational purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, such references do not constitute a warranty or guarantee.
Product formulations and availability may change. You are responsible for reviewing current labels, instructions, expiry dates and allergen information before use.
Third-party purchases and services are governed by the provider’s own terms and policies.
8. Appointments, Cancellations and Refunds
Consultations, personalised plans and related services are non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
Rescheduling, missed appointments, late arrivals, duplicate payments and exceptional circumstances are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Communication and Support
Support is limited to the format, scope and period included in the service purchased. Continued or additional assistance may require a follow-up consultation or separate payment.
Communication through email, telephone, WhatsApp or other platforms may be used to administer your service. Electronic communication cannot be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or completely secure.
10. Intellectual Property
All diet plans, recipes, calculations, questionnaires, guides, educational materials, graphics, website content and consultation resources supplied by Eternal Canine are owned by or licensed to Eternal Canine.
Materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial use for the dog identified in the consultation. You may not reproduce, publish, resell, distribute, teach from, upload or commercially exploit them without prior written permission.
